Frederic Paul Carpenter has created and produced award-winning work in consumer products packaging, industrial design, technology marketing, multimedia, video production and large-scale web development. Mr. Carpenter holds a B.F.A. in Communications Design from Parsons School of Design in New York City.

A designer has to be capable of understanding what motivates people visually. There is always critical thought behind each design approach that examines the nature of the communication and how it is delivered. Without this stage, visual design is nothing more than a whimsical experiment. I create powerful, clean designs because I've investigated and researched my project well enough to be in control and in command of the communication.

Our visual culture has exploded into a marketing labyrinth. Each path to the customer has become more congested and convoluted with internet, in-store and television media constantly re-wiring the game for maximum advantage. More than ever, you need a thinking designer that is capable of evolving with the fluidity of the world.
