The overall discipline of design requires a multitude of skills and a broad range of experience to perform with class and character. Too often, designers fall deeply into specialization that keeps their attention focused on details rather than bigger possibilities. In contrast, I have spent a great deal of time in several areas of design, which allow me to see solutions and opportunities more readily.
